RETURN POLICY

 

To qualify for a return, you must email sales@manthabeauty.com within 14 days of receiving the order. All items must be in their original and respective packaging. Emptied or refilled items will not qualify for any refund.

Please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your package for items that are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped. Any item that is believed to be defective or damaged may only be exchanged for the same item. Please hold on to all items until further instructed for a solution.

MANTHA BEAUTY is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. MANTHA BEAUTY is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
