To qualify for a return, you must email sales@manthabeauty.com within 14 days of receiving the order. All items must be in their original and respective packaging. Emptied or refilled items will not qualify for any refund.

Please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your package for items that are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped. Any item that is believed to be defective or damaged may only be exchanged for the same item. Please hold on to all items until further instructed for a solution.

MANTHA BEAUTY is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. MANTHA BEAUTY is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

Most in-stock items ship within 24-48 hours of ordering; however, during special events order processing can take 3-5 business days. When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update.

US deliveries take 5-7 Business days after confirmation of shipment. International deliveries take 7-14 Business days after confirmation of shipment.

*Please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or delayed shipments. Customers will need to open a case with USPS to open an investigation.​

For domestic orders we offer FREE Standard shipping at $50. For International orders we offer FREE Standard shipping at $75.
